Flights are arranged from Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) according to your schedule. Transportation to the airport in Istanbul is the responsibility of the guests. Upon arrival in Şanlıurfa, our team will welcome you at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport, and your tour program will begin there.
Following the airport welcome, your route heads directly to Göbekli Tepe with your licensed local guide. To make the most of the day, the program is kept flexible. Depending on timing and flight schedules, a short panoramic stop in Şanlıurfa city center or a break for local flavors may be arranged. After all visits are completed, you will return to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

Tour Start and End Point: Your tour program begins at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport after your flight from Istanbul and ends again at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport at the end of the day. Transportation to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) is the responsibility of the guests.
Flight Ticket Arrangement and Pre-Tour Communication: After your reservation is completed and payment is confirmed, your domestic flight tickets are arranged by our operations team. Flight details are sent to you via email no later than 2 days before the tour date.
For the return flight, upon request, it is possible to arrange a ticket to a different domestic destination in Turkey instead of Istanbul. This arrangement can be made only if direct flights are available and airline conditions allow. You may share this request with our operations team after your reservation.
To ensure smooth ticketing and operation, participant details are required. Our operations team will contact you before the tour. It is important that the phone number provided during reservation is active on WhatsApp and that the Participant Information Form is completed accurately.
Program Flexibility: Depending on weather conditions, visitor density, or flight times, your guide may make minor adjustments to the program. Breaks and stops can be planned flexibly according to the flow of the day.
Lunch Break: The choice of time and place for lunch is up to you. You may decide based on your preferences and your guide’s recommendations.
Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy: For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour, full refunds apply for tour services. However, flight tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the airline companies. Especially for economy class tickets, airlines often do not provide full refunds. Therefore, non-refundable flight ticket costs are not included in the full refund policy.
