Full Description
As we arrive at the restaurant where the event will be held, passing through unique road views, we are greeted by endemic plants and centuries-old trees native to the region. First, we have a wonderful breakfast, then we witness and participate in the step-by-step production process of Trabzon butter, starting with milk from cows roaming freely in nature, using traditional methods. We spread the butter we produce on cornbread cooked on the stovetop and enjoy it. Nature is exceedingly generous in this region.
