Upon arrival at Uzungöl, located in the heart of the Solaklı Valley, photo stops are made at panoramic viewpoints overlooking the lake. You then enjoy free time around the lake to explore the surroundings at your own pace. Surrounded by mountains, walking paths, and a peaceful atmosphere, Uzungöl provides the perfect setting for a relaxing day trip in nature. The lunch break is fully flexible and is planned in Uzungöl according to the flow of the day.
Demirkapı Plateau Option:
For travelers who wish to experience more nature and highland scenery, the tour can be extended with the Demirkapı Plateau option. After the Uzungöl visit, the route continues through the Haldizen Valley to reach the high-altitude Demirkapı Plateau. Depending on the season and road conditions, impressive natural sites such as Balıklı Lake and Aygır Lake may be visited. Vast plateau views, fresh mountain air, and scenic photo stops make this option a memorable Black Sea highland experience. This section is optional and planned during the reservation process. Guests who do not choose the Demirkapı option continue exploring the Uzungöl area, enjoying additional free time around the lake for walking and discovery.
Sultan Murat Plateau Option:
For guests who would like to enjoy a historical and natural highland experience before visiting Uzungöl, the tour can be planned with the Sultan Murat Plateau option. This route follows the Solaklı Valley to reach the historic Sultan Murat Plateau, located at an altitude of 2,200 meters. Known for its wide plateau landscapes, cool climate, and impressive views, the area also carries historical significance linked to Ottoman Sultan Murad IV.
